
The Institute of Tourism Studies offers three degree programmes in Culinary Arts, International Hospitality Management and Diving Safety Management. These programmes are aimed at individuals who would like to achieve a higher level of education in an industry which is constantly growing and is the main contributor of the Maltese economy.
The Bachelor in Culinary Arts (hons) is offered in collaboration with the Institut Paul Bocuse; the Bachelor in International Hospitality Management (hons) is offered in collaboration with the Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and the Bachelor of Science in Diving Safety Management in collaboration with DAN Europe.
