A 'pastizzar’ to conduct training sessions on the subject

Invitation for the provision of services for the Institute of Tourism Studies

  1. Scope

The Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) is looking for the specialised services of a ‘pastizzar’ to conduct training sessions in the subject at the Institute.

For this purpose, the Institute is calling for interested parties, to submit their interest in accordance to the below. The selected candidate/s will report to the Director of Studies or his delegate.

 

       2. Requisites

For the service providers to be considered, in view of the lack of formal qualifications in the subject, a minimum of 20 years’ of practical experience as a ‘pastizzar’ are required. Furthermore, the applicant must submit a copy of a valid Food Handlers Licence.  Candidates who are also in possession of a formal qualification will be given an advantage.
