ITS and TCTC have collaborated together with the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Associations and with other international partners, including Institut Paul Bocuse in France and the Haaga Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland. The Guest Experience Project aims at offering an opportunity to individuals in Malta who either are inactive and wish to learn new skills in the hospitality industry so that they can find employment, as well as those individuals who are already in the hospitality industry but wish to improve on their skills.

Furthermore, to facilitate the learning process, a website has been created where several videos related to the lessons would be uploaded. This project is a project co-funded by Erasmus + funding.
