At the Institute of Tourism Studies, the Internal Quality Assurance unit and Committee (IQAC), located in Block A Room 119 and 121, are all about ensuring a positive learning experience to achieve your desired goals at ITS.

How can you contribute to Quality?
  1. Take part in Students Council elections either as a prospective member or by voting for members.
  2. Fill in the questionnaires for the modules you study at the end of each semester. You will receive the questionnaire online.
  3. Send an email to the Internal Quality assurance committee (IQAC) any time you are not satisfied with any aspect of your education or campus environment.
  4. Have your student representatives in the Boards and committees, namely IQAC, Board of studies (BOS) and Programme Quality Validation Board (PQVB).

Remember, as a student, you are part of the quality experience. By observing the rules and regulations, you directly contribute to a safe and pleasant learning experience for yourself and others. The student's council is also your voice for Quality. The Quality assurance committee has a student representative to be your voice is such a committee.

Additionally, the student council members sit on two essential boards, the Board of Studies and the Programme Quality Validation Board. As a result, students are represented in the decision making of Programmes and Modules at ITS.
